Rustington a great place to stay, making it a good base to explore by foot, bus, train or car. If you would like a relaxing day by the sea, the beach is only a 10 minuet stroll down the lane.

Findon sits underneath Cissbury Ring, just behind the South Downs above Worthing. The village itself is nicely laid out, with a central square, fine houses and there’s a handful of shops too – a rarity in most Sussex villages these days.

Amberley is one of the most attractive of all downland villages.
It has a magnificent setting. On the east side there is the scarp slope of the Downs, rising up to Amberley Mount with a steep climb up to the South Downs Way . On the south and west sides of Amberley you will see the River Arun and the wild brooks, which are usually flooded for part of the winter.
The village has a Castle, which is used as a wedding venue rather than a good old-fashioned historic monument, the castle is extremely atmospheric. Amberley Swamp has a spookily medieval feel in wintertime, especially when there's mist hanging over the River Arun.
